Silk Screening

Screenprinting is a process where ink is forced through a mesh screen onto a surface.

Making certain areas of the screen impervious to printing ink creates a stencil, which blocks the printing ink from passing through the screen.

The ink that passes through forms the printed image. Silk screening is great for larger, one colour printing jobs.

Digital Or Direct To Garment Printing

Use DTG to print full vibrant colors on your next Project !!

Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology which involves taking a digital file such as a *.jpg or *.png file and printing it directly onto media (e.g. T-shirt) just like a computer printer.

Digital printing allows you to do short runs (as low as one), print in full colour and saves time on what in the past was a very complicated and skilled setup. This process also allows for quick (and sometimes automated) turnaround and variations to the print.

Laser

Custom Engrave Anything!!

A newer form of decoration now commonly resorted to by Big Coast is Laser Etching. Lasering provides extremely concise designs, on nearly all products.

Laser etching is a process that creates marks on parts and products by melting their surface. It is part of the broader category called laser marking which also includes laser engraving and laser annealing. Highly versatile, it can be used with most metals.

The elegant simplicity of laser engraving can make any product extra special!
